Final Sale

All pieces created by LORD by Smiff are considered final sale.

Due to the nature of our work, one-of-one garments, reconstructed materials, and limited artifacts—we do not offer refunds for any purchases once an order has been placed.

We encourage all clients to carefully review product descriptions, measurements, and imagery prior to completing their purchase.

Exchanges & Store Credit

While refunds are not offered, we understand that adjustments may occasionally be needed.

• Exchanges or store credit may be considered on a case-by-case basis
• Requests must be submitted within 5 days of delivery
• Items must be unworn, unaltered, and returned in original condition

Approval is at the discretion of LORD by Smiff quality control.

Made-to-Order & One-of-One Pieces

All custom, made-to-order, and one-of-one garments are returnable but non-refundable.

Each piece is treated as a collectible artifact and cannot be reproduced.
