Processing Time

All pieces are prepared with intention.

  • Orders are processed within 3–7 business days unless otherwise stated
  • Made-to-order or custom works may require additional time
  • Clients will be notified once their order has been fulfilled and shipped

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and service selected.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic (U.S.): 2–7 business days after shipment
  • International: 7–21 business days after shipment

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on carrier operations.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

International Shipping

International clients are responsible for:

  • customs duties
  • import taxes
  • any additional fees imposed by local authorities

LORD by Smiff is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, it is considered in transit.

We are not responsible for:

  • shipping delays
  • lost or stolen packages
  • carrier-related issues

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout.

LORD by Smiff is not responsible for:

  • packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • failed delivery attempts due to incorrect information

If an order is returned to us, reshipping fees will apply.

Signature Confirmation 

For higher-value orders, signature confirmation may be required upon delivery.

This is to ensure that each piece is received securely.

Damaged Items in Transit

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of the packaging and item

Approved claims may be eligible for replacement or store credit, depending on availability.
